Very courteous, took time to listen and look. 4.5 * only because I needed a half qt. oil, and wasn't sure what to do, and no complimentary "top off" since I was a little past the date (?) Excellent crew/team!!

Very friendly guys working. Helpful about car knowledge. Great customer service. Didn't have to wait that long for a Saturday service. Very satisfied!!

I have been here before with a generally positive experience. Today, the techs were pleasant enough but I waited 15 minutes before I even pulled in to a bay. Waited another 15 minutes for them to finish up another vehicle they were working on. When they finally started on my 2022 Tacoma, they could not complete the job because they told me they could not get the skid plate off to change the oil filter. They topped off the oil and sent me on my way. It takes more than two people to provide proper service at these quick oil change businesses. Four is best but three minimum. Only two techs on at this location today. As I said, they were friendly enough but it was a total waste of my time.

The tech was very friendly. And patient. I reset the oil fill indicator light and after multiple days it still only reads as 80% full and I wasn’t shown the filter like usual . I’d didn’t get to use my coupon bc it didn’t download in time. Was told it takes awhile. Still hasn’t come via text or email days later. And was told it was nasically used for the package the tech said he would use in his own cars. Why sell it at all then and let the coupon apply to the premiums as well please ? As he didn’t recommend the next step upgrade either. They were all friendly. I just felt it lacked in transparency though and the sales pitch was odd. Also you can’t see the filter or the work being done bc they work below the ground level in a space in the floor. Pretty neat but can’t observe. All in all I was there about 40 min. I arrived at a slow time and was immediately placed in a bay. It was a super hot day and your car needs to be off so something to consider if it’s a hot day. 3 stars based on the staff. I’m not intended to return for the reasons mentioned. But mainly bc I was told by the tech he would put any of the lesser priced options on any of his cars. don’t sell it. Or your upselling

Took 2 hours for an oil change. I feel like take 5 used to be the quick option, I thought that was the whole point of driving thru and not having to get out of your vehicle? While I wasn’t rude because there was only 2 guys working and I know it was their fault but I wish they gave you an estimated time or something because I definitely would have left if I knew. I pulled right in but was stuck waiting for 2 hours and once you’re in there your kinda stuck.
